For National Diabetes Awareness Month (NDAM), we’re doing something different—and we need your help to make it even more of a success! We've partnered with singer/songwriter Aaron Bailey, friend of the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community, to create a new T1D anthem. We know it will inspire you to show off your best moves to raise awareness of T1D. Join in by learning the twiist Triumph Dance and posting it on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok!
This isn’t just about having fun. It's also a way to raise awareness of T1D and support the community.
As a bonus, for every video posted, the twiist team will donate $5 (up to $5,000) to the Children with Diabetes® organization.

Download the Triumph song on Instagram or TikTok
On the @twiistdiabetes page, find the pinned post to access the original Triumph audio
Tap the audio name -> select “Use Audio” on Instagram (or “Use this sound” on TikTok)
Follow along in the video to learn the dance
Film your Triumph Dance
Don't forget to save the video to your device
Post on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok with #twiistTriumphDance and #NDAM and remember to tag us @twiistdiabetes. For each post, we'll donate $5 (up to $5,000)!
If dancing is not your thing, that's ok! Share a post in support of diabetes awareness with #twiistTriumphDance and tag @twiistdiabetes, and twiist will still donate $5 to this great cause.
